Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full production cycle (weaving and narrow textiles) for efficiency and quality
• Implement best practices to improve capacity utilization and minimize waste
• Ensure adherence to high quality standards for all products
• Lead, train, and manage the production staff and operators
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet deadlines
• Coordinate upkeep of all weaving and narrow loom machinery
• Control production costs (material and labor) to meet budgets
• Uphold all industry safety and environmental regulations

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a textile-related discipline (e.g., Textile Technology, Textile Engineering)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in textile production management
• Technical knowledge of weaving and narrow textiles (preferred)
