Position Overview

We are seeking a Procurement and Stores Officer to manage the store and inventory operations for Stean's Beans. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day procurement and store department activities are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store and inventory operations
• Procure raw materials in accordance with company standards
• Receive, process, and issue inventory items
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels
• Minimize and prevent product wastage
• Ensure safe and efficient department operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a stores or inventory management role within the food retail or hospitality industry
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other relevant qualification
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
