## Title: Paralegal Officer

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Paralegal Officer position. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment with exposure to diverse client cases and legal services management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide paralegal support and legal services to clients
Manage client cases and engage with diverse legal matters
Assist with PEO licensing and compliance management
Support legal documentation and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field

Required Experience

Proven work experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role (relevant training is an advantage)
Exposure and experience in customer service, legal services, or a position with extensive client case engagement
Experience in PEO licensing and compliance management
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Additional Requirements

Flexibility to accommodate different shift jobs, including night shifts
Must be residing within or ready to relocate to Kitengela or Athi River
