## Title: Outdoor Sales Representative - Furniture Department

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for talented sales professionals. The job holder will be responsible for achieving sales volume and value targets, driving market share, activating targeted accounts, developing trade and channel relationships, and managing existing outlets while prospecting and developing new accounts. The focus is on building long-term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve set secondary sales targets (volume and value) by strictly adhering to set journey plans to deliver maximum product distribution at the retail end
  • Ensure quality execution of sales drivers: availability, affordability, accessibility, and activation
  • Achieve distribution in assigned territory by meeting customer call rate coverage targets, identifying new outlets, and expanding portfolio availability
  • Execute upselling of value brands and cross-selling of portfolio while building standard stock cover
  • Achieve merchandising objectives as per set segment standards in both cold and ambient spaces
  • Identify, negotiate, plan, and execute activation opportunities such as promotions and tastings in line with the territory sales plan
  • Proactively manage customer cash and credit resources to drive brand growth in terms of volume and value
  • Monitor and manage company assets such as vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Receive, follow up, and resolve all customer queries and complaints in collaboration with the customer service team
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the territory manager to facilitate proper planning
  • Gather market intelligence and communicate findings to management to enhance business performance

Required Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

  • Minimum degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
