Motor Bike Rider at Nairobi Central Hardware

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Motorbike Rider based in Ruaraka, Nairobi. You will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of products to customers, maintaining accurate delivery records, and ensuring your motorbike is in optimal working condition. You will also provide excellent customer service, adhere to traffic regulations, and assist with additional logistical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Ensure motorbike is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety standards
• Assist with additional logistical tasks as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid motorbike riding license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of motorbike riding experience
• Proficiency in motorbike riding and knowledge of local traffic laws
• Basic maintenance knowledge for motorbike upkeep
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Nairobi and surrounding areas
• Car driving license that includes vans and lorries
