## Title: Marketing Manager – Cosmetics & Beauty

About the Role

An established company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for its beauty and cosmetics product line. You will drive brand growth across multiple channels while managing campaigns, budget, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote beauty and cosmetics products across various channels
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, in-store promotions) aligned with brand objectives
  • Manage brand positioning and consumer insights, ensuring all messaging is consistent, compelling, and relevant to the target audience
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, e-commerce platforms, email marketing, and social media presence
  • Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer demands, and opportunities for differentiation and market expansion
  • Manage marketing budget efficiently, track KPIs, analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development) to ensure seamless product launches and participate in marketing events and trade shows

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience with significant, demonstrable focus on the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty products, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail environments specific to the Kenyan cosmetics landscape (essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and track performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software
  • Creative thinking with strong organizational skills and self-motivation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in or near Nairobi, Kenya, with ability to work from the office and travel for events as required
