About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Assistant.

Venue Preparation and Event Support

• Arrange the auditorium according to specific requirements of users
• Set up conferences in designated venues based on user specifications
• Set up venues for events, including chairs, tents, podiums, and equipment

Facilities Maintenance and Upkeep

• Perform routine inspections and replace bulbs as required
• Support office relocations, furniture movement, and minor installations
• Assist technicians and contractors as required
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment
• Report hazards, accidents, and repair needs promptly

Minimum Qualifications

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role
