About the Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Kaimosi Friends University College (KAFUCO) as a Lecturer in Optometry and Vision Sciences.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following educational requirements:

• An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited and recognized university, OR
• A Master's degree qualification (special cases) with a minimum of 3 years' university teaching experience or research in the relevant area

Professional Requirements

• Registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
• A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) must be from refereed journal papers
• Evidence of community service
