About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Lecturer in Computer Science to join our expanding academic team. This is a comprehensive teaching and research position that offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of computer science professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and assess courses in computer science at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Supervise undergraduate projects and experiential learning programmes
• Supervise dissertations and theses at graduate level
• Participate in the development of undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum
• Initiate, promote, and participate in research projects
• Provide professional and community services, establish linkages, and initiate fundraising activities
• Perform administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate degree or equivalent from a recognized academic institution
• Registration or eligibility for registration with a relevant professional body
• Compliance with Chapter Six requirements of the Constitution of Kenya

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in peer-reviewed journals or academic outlets
