## Title: ICT Department Intern

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an intern to support the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Department.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Completed degree in GIS, Geography, or related field
  • Certification in ICT-related courses (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support and troubleshooting
  • Assist with system updates, software installation, and database support
  • Support network maintenance and ICT documentation
