Hygiene Officer at Serena Hotels

This role is responsible for overseeing cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas in line with HACCP standards, managing stewarding operations and supporting our food and beverage teams with buffet and banquet service. It is a key position in maintaining the high standards that our guests expect from Serena Hotels.

If you have experience as a Chief Steward in a four or five star hotel environment, strong HACCP and food safety knowledge and a passion for operational excellence, we would be pleased to hear from you.
