## Title: Human Resources and Training & Development Assistant

About the Role

Tamarind Group is expanding and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Human Resources and Training & Development Assistant. You will support the Training and Development Department and HR Function while maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support line management and HR team in creating, distributing, and monitoring talent management processes including succession management, team allocation, selection procedures, and assessments
  • Maintain and update weekly HR and Training & Development trackers
  • Market in-house training opportunities to staff and provide relevant information
  • Communicate with departments regarding training needs and available opportunities
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed timely, distributed to relevant parties, and properly maintained and filed
  • Build and maintain a database of industry associations, training providers, institutions, and professionals for external training resources
  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and suppliers related to Training and Development
  • Conduct regular training sessions including induction training
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely, organized, and comprehensive hiring procedures
  • Handle staff grievances promptly and professionally while considering company business needs and policies
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and review letters in accordance with Employment Acts, company policies, and statutory requirements
  • Track and update HR documentation and records
