## Title: Hotel Manager
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and guest services
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and support staff across departments, ensuring strong performance, motivation, and adherence to hotel policies
- Monitor expenses and revenues, and work proactively to improve profitability
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Implement marketing and sales initiatives to increase bookings and visibility
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Generate regular reports for management on operations and performance
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and optimize operations
- Business-minded with strong organizational and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (advantageous)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
