Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead our retail distribution strategy and operations across Kenya. In this senior leadership role, you will drive sustainable growth, build high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across our agency network.

• Build and manage a productive nationwide agency network
• Set and achieve sales targets while monitoring performance and profitability

• Ensure efficient, compliant, and technology-enabled agency operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in life insurance or financial services
• 5+ years in senior distribution leadership roles
• Professional certifications: ACII, IIK, or LOMA
