• Build and manage a productive nationwide agency network
• Set and achieve sales targets while monitoring performance and profitability
• Enhance customer experience and policy persistency rates
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and technology-enabled agency operations
• Inspire and lead teams, promoting innovation and fostering a high-performance culture

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in life insurance and/or financial services
• 5+ years in senior distribution leadership roles
• Professional certifications: ACII, IIK, or LOMA
