## Title: Head of Marketing

Role Objective

We are seeking a knowledgeable marketing professional capable of aligning content and managing various digital channels while engaging with the community. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales performance.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate content across various digital and social media platforms
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a content publishing schedule, digital marketing campaigns, and sales campaigns aligned with brand objectives
  • Execute social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and develop digital ads and graphical images for various platforms
  • Build a powerful marketing platform and online digital/social media presence to drive awareness, boost sales, improve conversion rates, and achieve key performance indicators
  • Create and collaborate on various types of marketing content, including web copy, datasheets, blogs, press releases, video scripts, and customer case studies
  • Maintain and grow the company's digital presence across platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and the company website
  • Develop and collaborate on various marketing materials including website content, blogs, press releases, video scripts, case studies, and promotional materials
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all digital and marketing communications
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to inform strategy and performance

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Fine Arts, Communication, PR, Marketing, IT, Graphic Design, or related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a relevant marketing role
  • Proven sales and marketing work experience
