Your Role:

As Head of Cost Control, you will oversee and optimize our cost management processes.

You will lead the cost control function, implement effective systems and partner with all departments to ensureseamless, efficient operations.

We're Looking For:

A Strategic Mindset: You are analytical, detail-oriented and guide by integrity.

Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in cost control, preferably within a five-star or boutique lifestyle hotel.

Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in hotel systems (Opera, Micros, Material Control) and advanced financial analysis tools.

Leadership Presence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor a team and drive a culture of cost awareness.
