About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Finance Officer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Cash flow management
• Financial modeling and planning
• Compliance and regulatory reporting
• Risk management and mitigation
• Financial data management and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• CPA certification (Intermediary level) or higher
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Experience with cash flow management and risk management

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a financial institution
