Farmer Communication & Sensitisation Consultant - Nairobi at agriBORA

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. agriBORA is seeking qualified, creative, and impact-driven professionals to strengthen how we communicate our services to smallholder farmers across Kenya. This short-term consultancy focuses on designing a clear, practical, farmer-first communication strategy and materials for our Spot Trading and agriGHALA (Store & Optimize) solutions. Key Deliverables:

• Farmer & buyer onboarding guides (print + digital)

• Infographics & visual explainers

• Warehouse posters & signage

• Process maps & operational communication tools

• Complete, field-validated communications toolkit

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience in strategic communications, BCC, or agricultural extension

• Strong understanding of Kenya’s cereal value chains & smallholder ecosystems

• Graphic design capability (or access to a designer)

• Full professional proficiency in English & Kiswahili

• Proven ability to create simple, actionable materials for rural audiences
