## Title: Executive & Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive & Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, managing schedules, communications, and operational coordination across departments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's schedule, high-level communication, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
  • Represent the MD in selected meetings and stakeholder engagements
  • Coordinate operational activities on behalf of the MD across all departments
  • Manage company and MD objectives using digital project management tools
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and KPIs to ensure accountability in ongoing projects
  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, presentations, and official communications
  • Conduct research and prepare comprehensive meeting packs
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
  • Support executive decision-making with structured updates and timely information
  • Schedule all company meetings and ensure minutes are taken and shared on time
  • Manage day-to-day office administrative functions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and digital workflow systems
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and follow through to completion
  • Professional presence with confidence in high-level engagements
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach with ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Calm, confident, and articulate communication style
  • Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Reliable, mature, and solutions-oriented mindset
