Develop and implement learning activities that promote cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development of children aged 3–6 years
Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning materials
Conduct assessments and evaluations of learners to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
Integrate play-based learning and creative arts into daily lessons
Maintain a conducive learning environment through proper classroom arrangement and resource management
Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment for children
Manage classroom behavior and establish positive discipline practices
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children under your care
Identify and report any signs of abuse, neglect, or developmental issues
Provide basic first aid and maintain records of any incidents
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, performance, and progress
Prepare and submit regular reports on child development, challenges, and recommendations to school management and parents
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the child's progress and any concerns
Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings, open days, and other school events
Engage with the local community to promote early childhood education
Participate in community programs and events that enhance the educational experience of children

Be a Kenyan Citizen
Have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (mean grade requirements to be confirmed)
