An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements:
  • This role requires a well-presented and confident individual with strong verbal and written
  • communication skills, a clear sales orientation, and the ability to effectively manage sales, customer
  • engagement, and delivery coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries across WhatsApp, calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and repeat customers.
  • Engage with customers at supermarkets, pop-ups, and events.
  • Coordinate last-mile delivery for DTC and supermarket orders
