Direct Sales Representative at Ngao Credit Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively find, prospect, and onboard new clients through cold calling, referrals, and field activations
• Present, demonstrate, and sell products/services while negotiating contracts and closing sales
• Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis
• Resolve customer complaints, guide clients through application processes, and provide product knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a direct sales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• High energy, results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic technical support for product configuration
