Deputy Director Supply Chain Management at Kenya Rural Roads Authority

About the Role

Kenya Rural Roads Authority is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join our expanding team as Deputy Director of Supply Chain Management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience, with a minimum of three (3) years at the grade of Assistant Director, Supply Chain Management or in a comparable position
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
  • Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • Purchasing and Supplies Management
  • Procurement and Supplies Management
  • Procurement
  • Commerce (Supplies Management Option)
  • Business Administration (Supplies Management Option)
  • Or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Master's degree in one of the following:
  • Procurement
  • Purchasing and Supplies Management
  • Business Administration
  • Commerce
  • Logistics
  • Or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Active membership in good standing with Kenya Institute of Supplies Management, CIPS, or CSCP
• Valid practicing license from Kenya Institute of Supply Management
• Leadership course certification of not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
