Experience and Competencies

• At least ten (10) years of experience in education, with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior leadership position within an educational institution
• Proven experience leading and managing pedagogy, curriculum development, and organizational change
• Deep knowledge of best practices in educational leadership
• Strong analytical skills with a performance management, accountability, and systems-thinking orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach
• Proven ability to develop effective and efficient systems and adapt to changes in working practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high energy and self-starter mentality
• Highest level of personal and professional integrity
