About the Role

Cascade Institute of Hospitality is seeking a qualified Culinary Trainer to deliver practical instruction and professional development in culinary arts. You will work with learners to build essential cooking skills and hospitality knowledge in our Nairobi facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training in cooking techniques, food production, and kitchen operations
• Teach food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance standards
• Support learners in recipe development, menu planning, and food presentation skills
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of learner progress
• Maintain a safe, well-organized, and efficient training environment

Required Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts or Food Production
• Proven professional experience as a chef
• Strong instructional and organizational skills
• Advanced culinary skills and technical expertise
