Creative Design Lead at Timber World

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Are you a visionary designer with a passion for leading creative projects from concept to execution? We’re looking for a Creative Design Lead to join our team. Qualification:

• Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring teams

• Expertise in major design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Corona, 3Ds Max, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and more

• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and problem-solving

• 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic, digital, or product design

• Ability to collaborate across production teams for project execution

• Passion for innovation, trend-setting, and delivering high-quality designs

Your Role:

• Lead and mentor junior designers; Guide quality control on all creative outputs

• Ensure all designs align with the Timber World brand

• Translate ideas into compelling visuals and user experiences

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the team

• Develop workflows, templates, and SOPs for the design department

• Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices
