## Title: Commercial Manager - East Africa

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Manager to lead our sales and commercial operations across East Africa. You will drive strategic growth initiatives, build key client relationships, and lead a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic sales and growth initiatives across East Africa
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Drive market research, customer acquisition, and CRM adoption
Oversee pricing strategies, performance reporting, and customer satisfaction frameworks
Mentor and lead a high-performing commercial team

Required Qualifications

Proven success in senior commercial roles (Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
Deep understanding of logistics in East Africa (sea, air, road freight, import/export)
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

Required Skills & Languages

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Additional languages are a plus
MBA preferred
