About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced College Principal to lead our growing team at PCEA Tumutumu Hospital and Training College. This is a leadership position requiring someone who can inspire, manage, and develop both staff and students while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the training college with vision and strategic direction
- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate effective teamwork
- Mentor and develop young adults in a healthcare education setting
- Oversee academic and administrative operations
- Demonstrate strong leadership in managing multiple priorities and complex situations
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related medical profession from a recognized university
- Valid private practicing license
- Minimum of strong teaching experience in healthcare education
- Training in administration
- Leadership and management training (highly desirable)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a medical-related discipline
- Post-graduate diploma or higher diploma in medical education
