Rosslyn Academy is seeking a qualified Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join our leadership team in Nairobi, Kenya. This executive position plays a critical role in shaping the financial and operational strategy of the school while contributing to its Christian mission and values.

Strategy

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the School's strategic mission, led by the Superintendent
• Develop and implement financial and operational strategies, policies, and plans that underpin organisational objectives
• Oversee the implementation of the campus master plan as finances allow

Leadership and Management

• Serve as a member of the Rosslyn Academy Executive Team
• Lead and inspire support staff, bringing out the best in them and facilitating strong working relationships across the school
• Manage the performance of direct reports utilizing the Rosslyn Academy appraisal system
• Support the training and professional development of direct reports and wider support staff
• Adhere to the standards of leadership described in the Leadership domains of the Rosslyn Academy Playbook
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Superintendent
