About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to serve as Chairperson of the County Public Service Board at Vihiga County Government.

Key Requirements

Be a Kenyan Citizen
Possess a Bachelor's degree from a university recognized in Kenya
Have a minimum of ten (10) years of working experience
Satisfy the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity
Not be a state or public officer
Not have held office or stood for election as a Member of Parliament or County Assembly member within the preceding five years
Not be or have been a candidate for election as a Member of Parliament or County Assembly member
Not be or have been a holder of office in any political organization that sponsors or supports candidates for election as a Member of Parliament or County Assembly member
Be committed to working as part of a team to enable the County Government achieve its objectives
