About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Category Manager to join our team at our Nairobi location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage home care and personal care product categories in a retail environment
• Lead category strategy and commercial performance
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate partnerships
• Analyze category data and performance metrics
• Lead and develop team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a category lead in home care and personal care products in a retail environment
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a business-related course from a recognized institution
• Strong supplier relationship management experience
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Data Analytics, Excel, or similar
