Business Growth Coordinator - Law Firm

About the Role

A mid-sized law firm based in Upper Hill is seeking a Business Growth Consultant to support their scaling efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization and drive strategic business development initiatives.

Role Objective

You will develop and implement customized growth strategies to help the law firm expand their market presence, improve operational efficiency, and achieve sustainable business growth.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and comprehensive business plans
• Identify and analyze potential growth opportunities across new territories, markets, and demographics
• Assess opportunities for product or service diversification and new customer segments
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing systems
• Develop and enhance marketing and sales strategies to drive business development
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify patterns and make evidence-based recommendations for growth
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure strategy effectiveness
• Provide continuous support and guidance throughout implementation, monitoring progress and addressing challenges
• Make necessary adjustments to strategies to keep the growth trajectory on track and achieve optimal results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in business development or consulting
