## Title: Business Development Operator - Insurance Broker Channel

About the Role

Solvit Ltd. is recruiting a high-performance Business Development Operator to drive execution within the insurance broker channel, one of our primary growth engines. This is a front-line, execution-intensive role designed for disciplined, resilient and target-driven professionals who thrive in field-based selling and relationship-driven business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systematically prospect, engage and onboard insurance brokers across assigned territories
  • Drive consistent broker visits, presentations and relationship management
  • Convert engagements into sustainable underwriting and assessment volumes
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management through CRM and reporting tools
  • Support broker retention, account growth and cross-selling initiatives
  • Execute growth plans and targets as defined by the Growth Captain

Candidate Profile

This role is execution-heavy and field-oriented. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • High discipline and action-driven approach
  • Comfort engaging brokers consistently and persistently
  • Proven ability to execute persistently and convert relationships into revenue
  • Strong follow-through (meetings → actual business)
  • Coachable mindset with strong work ethic, not ego-driven
  • Comfort using basic digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email, SMS)

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, business development or broker/channel management
  • Experience within insurance brokerage or financial services (preferred)
