## Title: Business Development Manager - Check-Off

About the Role

MyCredit Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager - Check-Off to lead nationwide sales growth, support branches, and drive the performance of our Check-Off portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve disbursement, PAR, and new business targets
Lead branches and marketing offices to deliver strong sales performance
Strengthen client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
Ensure credit processes meet SLAs, TAT, and compliance standards
Analyze portfolio performance and drive collection strategies
Support branch teams with training, coaching, and field visits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
3+ years' experience in a managerial role in Business Development or Sales (similar position preferred)
Strong leadership, analytics, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
