About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Business Development Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in food, agribusiness, or FMCG
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Understanding of informal and formal market dynamics in Kenya
