Role Objective
A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support their growth and scaling efforts. You will develop and implement customized strategies to drive business expansion and operational improvements.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and business plans tailored to the firm's objectives
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across new territories, markets, and demographics
- Recommend product or service diversification initiatives
- Explore and develop new customer segments
- Improve operational efficiency and streamline internal processes
- Enhance marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for sustainable growth
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the implementation process, monitoring progress and addressing challenges
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure strategy effectiveness
- Track business metrics and provide regular updates, making adjustments to the plan as needed to maintain growth trajectory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
- At least four (4) years of relevant business development experience
