Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Mbita at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer with incentives and commissions. You will be responsible for generating new retail life business and educating clients on our product offerings while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from allocated markets
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to maintain an updated product range
• Follow up on policies to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote the CIC Insurance brand

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Minimum age: 25 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII)
• LOMA certification
