Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Lamu at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure an updated product range
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency meets acceptable rates
• Promote the CIC brand

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Age: 25 years and above

Professional Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA (added advantage)
