Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Laare at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based compensation package including a retainer, incentives, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from allocated market segments
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products and their benefits
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure the product range remains current and competitive
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote the CIC brand through professional conduct and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP or equivalent)
• Age: 25 years and above

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification
