Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Embu at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based compensation package including retainer, incentives, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from allocated market segments
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to maintain updated product knowledge
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency meets acceptable rates
• Promote the CIC brand across all client interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance – COP/ECOP
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA (added advantage)
