About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated B2B Sales Executive to take charge of the entire sales journey. You'll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and craft customized HR service solutions that solve real business challenges. Your mission will be to connect businesses with the HR expertise and technology they need to thrive in today's fast-changing world of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business clients across diverse industries
- Present HR consulting services and software platforms that make work smarter and people happier
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Achieve growth targets while nurturing long-term client relationships built on trust and results
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably selling services
