We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner referrals.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Solution Selling & Client Advisory
  • Conduct needs analysis workshops and business discovery sessions with prospects.
  • Position Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply
  • Chain, and Power Platform solutions based on client business challenges.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and solutions advisors to design solution architectures and value-based proposals.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline with strong coverage ratios.
  • Ensure disciplined sales qualification using proven frameworks.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Work closely with Microsoft account teams and ISV partners to co-sell and generate opportunities.
  • Participate in Microsoft-led campaigns, solution assessments, and joint customer engagements.
  • Marketing & Go-To-Market Support
  • Support webinars, events, account-based marketing campaigns, and content-driven demand generation.
  • Contribute insights into customer needs, competitive trends, and market opportunities.
  • Customer Success & Account Growth
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and remain engaged post-sale to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
