Assistant Professors - Business Law

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join the Chandaria School of Business (CSOB). The successful candidate will report to the Dean or designee and will be expected to teach, conduct research, and engage in service activities aimed at enhancing transformative teaching, learning, and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Business Law
• Support and mentor students in their career endeavors
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure programs are up-to-date and marketable
• Participate in program development, reviews, and assessment
• Supervise students' research projects, theses, and dissertations at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Conduct research in the area of expertise
• Engage in service to the University, the profession, and the community
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Earned PhD or DBA in Law or related field
