About the Role

We are recruiting an Electrician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking routine and special building maintenance works, as well as preparing estimates and submitting requests for maintenance materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake routine and special building maintenance works
• Estimate maintenance requirements and submit requests for maintenance materials
• Participate in preparing specifications for minor works
• Carry out valuation of maintenance work

Required Qualifications

• KCSE certificate with a minimum of D Plain or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Craft Certificate (GTT III) or equivalent in a relevant electrical field from a recognized institution
• Practical knowledge of maintenance works

Required Skills

• Computer literacy

Additional Requirements

Successful candidates must satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) on Leadership and Integrity.
