Alternative Investment Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Job purpose: The Alternative Investment Officer will support the analysis, structuring, and execution of infrastructure, PPP, and alternative investment transactions by providing financial analysis, research, modelling support, and transaction documentation assistance. Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required Academic and Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

• Professional qualifications (CFA, CISI, ICIFA, ACCA) is desirable.

• Proficiency in Excel-based financial analysis.

Experience: Required:

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Infrastructure finance, Project finance, Investment analysis, corporate finance or development finance

• Exposure to PPPs or structured finance will be an added advantage.
