Agricultural Sales Manager at Complex Food Agro Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Agricultural Sales Manager to promote and grow our ECORIC biofungicide and biofertilizer brand across Kenya. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a rapidly developing agricultural business while building a career in the bio-inputs sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the ECORIC biofungicide and biofertilizer brand throughout Kenya
• Sell bio-inputs directly to farmers, with a focus on flower farms and tea plantations
• Travel regularly to farms to conduct product demonstrations, consultations, and sales activities
• Plan and execute targeted marketing and advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with the international team to expand ECORIC product reach
• Collect and analyze feedback from farmers and distributors to improve service and strategy
• Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities and performance

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the agricultural sector
• Background in agricultural sales (flowers, tea, or related crops) is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of crop protection and fertilizer products is advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively to farms across Kenya
• Basic computer literacy (emails, reporting, MS Office)
