Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or any other relevant field
- Master's degree in a related field (added advantage)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or managerial role
- Experience in a learning institution is preferred
- Familiarity with Kenya's TVET, CDACC, and KNEC systems is an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent research and critical thinking skills
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet frequently occurring deadlines
- Flexibility to work as per the institution's schedule
