About the Role
St. Paul's University seeks a qualified Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in the Admission and Records department. You will contribute to the University's goals and objectives by managing applications processing, student registration, records maintenance, and examination facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process student applications and manage student registration
- Maintain and manage student records and data
- Facilitate examination coordination and graduation ceremony planning
- Respond to student inquiries and concerns
- Communicate student concerns to the Academic Registry
- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings
- Support day-to-day academic registry operations using digital technologies
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of working experience in an Academic Registry
- Knowledge of academic policies, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in academic ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated digital competence in responsible use of digital technologies to support academic registry operations
