Job Summary
Premier Audio Visual Limited seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join our finance department. The successful candidate will play a key role in record-keeping, management, and financial reporting while supporting various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bank and cash payment vouchers, ensuring all payments are properly and accurately supported
- Post all transactions correctly in QuickBooks and related accounting software
- Account for and record petty cash in real time on a daily basis
- File and maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and filing of statutory returns
- Prepare finance reports and budgets
- Assist in purchasing office stationery
- Consolidate financial reports
- Update and maintain personnel files
- Maintain service contracts
- Handle routine office administrative work
- Respond promptly to inquiries and queries
- Ensure staff timesheets are signed and filed correctly
- Perform additional duties as requested
Required Skills and Competencies
